Cheryl developed her professional experience as an HR Executive at a variety of companies including American Airlines, Brinker International, Caliber Home Loans and Hudson Americas/Lone Star Funds. This experience has equipped her with an understanding of large, complex, publicly traded organizations as well as fast-paced, entrepreneurial, privately held entities.

This real world HR experience coupled with an M.B.A. gives her the ability to balance reality and theory and bridge the gap between business and people needs. By connecting the dots, she helps individuals whittle away at the issues they directly control in turn leading to meaningful results for the organization as a whole.

COMPREHENSIVE CERTIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

Cheryl holds an M.B.A. in International Human Resources (University of Dallas) and a B.A. in Industrial Relations (University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill). She holds the credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation in addition to professional certifications for individual/group development and conflict resolution. She is an authorized partner for Everything DiSC and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and is certified through HayGroup in the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), Inventory of Leadership Styles (ILS) and Organizational Climate Survey.
